5 Green Street, London, W1K 6RW is within the Mayfair conservation area of the City of Westminster. Originally constructed within the Victorian era, circa late 1800’s to early 1900. The building was built in the style of Architect Richard Norman Shaw, who adopted the style of many buildings within the era of Queen Anne, which could be considered as English Baroque.

 

We were appointed to provide design and construction package for the refurbishment of the existing six apartments, as well as obtaining planning permission for new air conditioning condensers and Grosvenor estate permission.
